I think the question really is: if you spend the same amount of money, where will you get a better experience? BU or ND. I suggest BU, because living under financial stress is very painful. If you have to constantly worry about money, I doubt you will enjoy your life at ND, no matter how good it is. And I don't think BU and ND are that different anyway.
