Something is wrong with my mail system in CD, so I have to reply ppl's PM here

Ok: the admit letter states that I have been admitted by Master of Engineering with FE concentration, so I am already in FE branch.

To answer another: I got a friend major in CS at U.Chicago. As far as I know, he gave up transferring from CS to MFE because his professor told him that the math background is an issue. Also, my personal opinion is this transfer is not worthy.
