我觉得地理位置是最重要的。学校附近一定要商业发达，工作机会多才好。南方的黑人很多，很保守，要是我就不去。如果去PSU的话，可以去NYC找工作，我觉得机会还是有的，当然要跟无数个名校的NN拼一下。

 SU 就是location 不好,学校离大城市太远,在一个小镇上. 我个人偏向南方的，感觉我好像并没有在南方碰到很多黑人,南方人对我都非常友善,倒是在detroit , chicago 和minneapolis的机场碰到狂多黑人.

Vanderbilt的学生三大就业城市就是NYC, Atlanta及Nashville. 他家finance很强的说,每年有不少进wall street的.

PSU现在没有给GA,只有scholarship.说是要到3月中旬才会通知我有没有GA,so that makes the decision easier now.

school location is very important. just try to think of how many big marketing companies are arround twin city area - plenty, and how many are around PSU or Vanderbilt - 0.

saying PSU or Vanderbilt is closer to NYC or east coast is useless. what matter is whether these NYC or east companies recruit at PSU or Vanderbilt.

so the best for you would be to go to each school's website, find out what are the recruiting firms at each school, any how many new hires each year.

wall street 很多人只知道 ivy league 加 tri-state 的学校。NJIT Stonybrook 比 UC Irvine 还有名呢。
