中国的INTEL技术岗位不是很好，因为是RESTRICTED COUNTRY，大部分技术在中国都不会出现，所以技术岗位学到的技术根本没有太大竞争力。不过反而我觉得做做项目，学习点项目管理倒是一个很好的经验，所以我才觉得应该开始考虑准备MBA是一条不错的路。

Do you have good experience that will help demonstrate your leadership potential and exceptional soft skills?  Can you articulate a clear career vision and explain why you need a MBA and why this is a good time?  I would recommend putting together a draft of the essays for your dream school.  If you can come up with convincing stories for each question, you are probably ready.

工作中学习项目管理, 再拿个PMP证书, 应该可以加分的.

新加坡的芯片业也不是核心技术, 好的大部分在美国, 祝你成功
