面试时听不清面试人的名字怎么办?

I always email and ask for the interviewer's names before the interview. It is nice when they say hi to you and you are able to say hi to them and mention their name.

Good to mention their name when you thank them at the end too. 

The person answering telephone at the admissions office generally knows the travel schedule for the admissions officers but he/she probably won't give out email addresses.  You can ask and then mail a thank you card to the school if you can find out the person's name but not his/her email address.  If you already have the email address, call and find out the full name, just say you want to verify the spellings. I think everyone appreciates a nice note.
