I got a call from UC Irvine this morning, I am admitted with 35,000 scholarship. I am not that excited because I still can not afford the high tuition and living expenses Anybody has any suggestions on how to ask for more money from the admission office? Is there any possibility that I can ask for more money from Irvine, should I wait until Feb 15, when some students rejected Irvine's offer with aid. The deadline for me is Feb 23, which is very pressing. I heard that some students do get more aid after negotiating with the school, but I really don’t know how, anybody has any ideas? But people with fellowship usually do not reject … Background: GMAT 760/4.5, TOEFL 110, three years in a global leading healthcare company(F500). |
