1.as不是您说的例句中的比较关系不太一样，具体如何翻译我也不清楚，可以做when来理解么？

2.that是引导后面的限制性定语从句的，不需要记住什么时候加到句型中。

我觉得你举的例子不太恰当， 原句的意思是A changed as B (changed) 后面的That 作定语修饰前面的B

所以 你的例子应该改成 I like you as mike, who is your exbf.
