选择on-campus还是off-campus的interview?

收到UT Austin的interview invitation，但是有个难题。我还不会开汽车（丢脸啊，以前在国内是开摩托车的，来美国以后没有时间学开车，一门心思备考GMAT了） 。所以如果我选择on-campus的，得叫老公送我去学校，我住休斯敦，去Austin得3个多小时车程，老公还要请假不上班。但是似乎大家都比较喜欢选择on-campus的interview，有什么特别的原因吗？是不是二年级的在校生比已经工作的alumni打分要宽容些？

关于免试，有什么可以提醒我的吗？我的口语很烂，虽然来美国一年多了，但是没有机会和native speaker讲话，我自己也埋头看书。真的很担心面试我的烂口语给面试人一个很坏的印象。

just relax and be confident. you are not a native speaker, they wont expect you to speak like a native speaker. in fact, you should be proud of being bilingual. Not too many people in the world can communicate in two totally different languages.

Making a trip to campus shows initiative and commitment to the school.  Especially when you're not thousands of miles away.
