Hi,  I have got RSM's invitation for phone interview in next week. Urgently need all of your help to share experience of phone interview ! 还有一个小问题：RSM一般都是通过电话的方式面试吗？很担心荷兰口音的英文会影响面试结果。如果我提出希望在中国的Alumni面试我，他们会同意吗？不敢贸然！

To roll my time, RSM was my first expected school to apply for. As I've taken a phone interview with another top European B-school and got the offer, maybe I can share with u sth. Anyway,I'm not sure whether it works for RSM.  Added ur MSN.
