我承认这题A的结构最好

可是我不懂为什么A要用现在完成式(have joined)呢?

第一个that从句中是用现在式

与他平行的that从句用现在完成应该有暗示完成的时间早的意思

可我怎么不觉得有这样的句意啊

请各位帮帮忙吧

那么用什么时态呢？这里说在environmentalists 和 economists说的时候，rich nations 已经join了this downward slide....之前半句的现在时为了陈述一个客观事实。

一般现在时和完成时态都对;关键是C的because of wanting to maintain competitiveness有逻辑错误

用 A 中的不定式表示目的比用 for doing 结构要好。。

B中的 join in 和 时态是错了还是不太好呢？
