I think if your got admission and are pregnant at the same time.  You can ask the school to defer for one year.  Anyway, pragnance is the best reason for the defer.

参加过MBA TOUR的WOMAN SEMINAR，三个MBA 毕业的女生都说，好多女生在念MBA的时候生小孩

个人也觉得这是比较有效率的方式，两不误，呵呵
