Chicago offer - 如何公证成绩和毕业证书？

Got the offer from Chicago, according to the requirement as follows:

Upon admission, applicants who received a degree from a university outside of the United States must submit a certified copy of the diploma or certificate, an official transcript in its original language, and a certified English translation of these documents showing the name and title of the translator."

Does it mean I have to notarize the credentials and transcripts? Does anybody know how to do it in Beijing? 3x!

就是寄成绩单和毕业证书的复印件，但是有有效的。一般都是学校封好的.有些是要求在申请的时候弄，有的是要求录取以后弄

Hey, where did you get the requirement? According to the letter from admission package, in addition to the deposit, we are only supposed to provide three items: response form and enrollment cards; officail transcripts and GT scores; and photos.

So do we need to submit a copy of diploma?

What is the application anaual? As I understand, "verify credentials" just means to provide the official transcripts.
