Don't worry. The letter actually said you are on the waiting list. Search the posts of last year: somebody on the list got a big offer from ND with $15,000 or so in March 06. ND may not be the first choice of many Niu applicants. Be patient. Your background is impressive, and you still have a good chance.

楼主应当考虑更高的学校。相信ND也应该没有问题。
