请问Big4的Audit和Accenture等公司的IT咨询相比，哪个背景对申请更有利？

我还没毕业，拿到accenture offer，马上要加入IT咨询了，现在的打算是工作三年左右申请MBA。

因为身边有一些在去四大的朋友，也有申MBA的打算，所以想对比一下这两个背景哪个对申请更有利？

Both are fine background, but MBA application is not only background game.

The B schools will pay more attention on what you have done during the 3 years than on who you are working for.

i think the most important is which offer is better for your job searching in business school. In my opinion, if you don't want to go to top business school, then accenture is a better choice than big 4. If you want to go to top school and wish to join finance industry (IBD, PE etc), then big 4 might be better as big 4 is unique experience, while accenture can't be as competitive as strategic consulting firm, needless to mention your IT application background. Of course if your interest is more than accounting/finance, then accenture is better.
