two questions on scholarship

Hi all,

    1. I am wondering if it's a common practice to negotiate on the amount of scholarship that an MBA program offers, and, if so, what would be the general approach. 

    2. In boston U's offer letter, the scholarship is offered based on the well mainenance of my academic performance.  should my GPA drop below 2.7 at the end of my first MBA year, the scholarship will be discontinued.  Therefore I am wondering if 2.7 is a reasonable barrier because in general, graduate students all get B or better grades.

1. Yes, it's common but not easy to get what u want.U do have the chance to negotiate on the amount but it all depends on your bargain power ( how many offers u got, how good you etc). Dont forget to tell school that you have tried other financial support.
