A6. “The type of leadership that an organization needs (be it a college, a country, or a business, for example) depends largely on whether the organization is stable or in crisis.”

如何理解leadership,指的是organizational structure吗?还是what kind of leaders are needed?

1In a stable organization, a flat organizational structure is required.

2When confronted with an emergency, an organization had better have a hierarchical structure.

3However, no organization is always stable or always in a crisis, an organization should quickly adjust its structure to the varying situation.

A35. “Companies should never hire or promote employees on the basis of family relationships, friendships, or other social connections.”

It doesn't mean the organisational structure, for sure. And for this AI topic, my outline is:

1. The type of leadership a company need in crisis will be somehow different with that in stable, for example, be creative and agreesive in the stable; while charismatic, situational,transformational leadership may lead to better ending in crisis;

2. but, Besides of in stable or crisis, the type of leadership a company need also varies with which stage the company is in. Such as the start-up small business need much of the strategic,charisma...

3. moreover, the type of leadership also depends on the type of business, and the strength area of team members of the certain company. Let's say, if all the members are apt to be technical engineer, then a participant leadershhip

公司绝对不应该把家庭关系,朋友关系或者其他的社会关系作为雇用或提拔员工的基础。

Outline:

1. 总体来说,人的素质,人才,是决定公司经营状况的最重要的因素,以社会关系作为唯一的考核基础是绝对不可取的。会导致激励机制的失效,以及高素质员工的流失。

2. 公司挑选人才,应该以能力和素质为中心,人尽其用,同时应该为优秀的人才提供良好的待遇和充分的发展空间。

3. Admittedly, 虽然内部人员的推荐是很有效的网罗人才的方式,有许多的优势,在现在的人事制度中经常使用,但必须和正规的选拔机制同时使用,不能作为唯一的考核基础。
