that means many can not get renewed for the second year then. gpa 3.5 means top 20%? people have to be very careful. have to reconsider it.
Wow! It sounds so terrible! If your scholarship can not be (auto) renewed in the second year, it means you still need to prepare enough money to pay the tuition!
