others 和 and still others  后面的部分不平行对称，所以错了。

我是这么看的，首先A、B、D肯定不对
这里有对应结构 propose; suggest; are calling 所以答案从 C、 E 里面选

 suggest + 名词结构的时候意思是暗示不是建议C IS wrong
suggest doing 是建议所以选E，
