i work for a top 2 financial institue in the states. i am in real estate/mortgage industry, specifically, wholesale mortgage lending. my job title is account executive, with about 3.5 yr work experience. first of all, 200k after 45% tax is not that much. if i stick around for 10 yrs, i might get a shoot at the RD position, which pays about 700k annually. i don't wanna wait for that long. secondly, i hope to get into i-banking, try something different, after a while, the mortgage crap is getting old. i believe i-banking is more challenging and fun, it suits my personality better. i dunno, don't get me wrong. I love my job though. yeah, sometimes i asked myself, why bother? all being said, stanford, please accept me! I wanna stay in CA. So does Harvard and Stanford interview everyone they accept, maybe 90-95%? Anyone know?
to answer ur question, no, they don't accept every interviewee. in fact, most of interviewee will not get offers. good luck everyone, because we need it! |
