其实不关学校什么事，工作经验超过3年，基本上学校意义就不大了。关键是工作背景要well match，英语没问题的话，H1-B并不难。很多在新加坡的美国半导体公司都会从大陆hire engineer过去，给local pay，为什么美国就这么难以想象呢？很多Engineer职位确实在美国也很缺。

This is an interesting topic. Can't argue too much since I am at work.

Employers need to pay more than the salary if they hire H1-B employees. Not every company in the States is willing to sponsor H1-B. I have seen many international students struggled to look for a job with H1-B sponsorship. Still it is not impossible to get a H1-B for a international student in US.  Searching for the Top schools, look at how many US schools in the list and imagine how many graduates every year. You can't compare the population between Singapore and US. 

There should be a chance to get a H1-B from oversea, but it is definitely not a piece of cake.

     我觉得你现在最主要的就是立足本公司，好好做好手头的工作，考完GMAT后再根据公司的情况去接受一下管理方面的短期培训2~6个月，这样你可能会在明年就有机会得到真正的管理方面工作机会与经验，然后你就可以在2年后得到去TOP10MBA的机会了。

   GMAT与TOEFL一定要考的好些,证明一下你虽然年龄不够年轻,但是学习能力只会比以前更强.祝福你早日梦想成真.

嗯，大概是我低估了H1-B的难度，因为从事我这个职业的前辈，确实有并非个别的人都成功了，也有不少正在考虑走这条路的。所以从我的角度看来，这似乎是蛮顺理成章的一个选择。也许实际操作起来，并没有我想象的那么容易。
想要说明的是，我并不打算Argue什么，如果说我最开始对H1-B的态度令你觉得我将其视为a piece of cake，那只是沟通上的误会。我说这条路没啥太大悬念，指的是去到美国开始工作以后，职业发展的道路没什么太大悬念，就是走纯粹的技术通道罢了，并不是说我认为拿到H1-B没有太大悬念。

据我所知，中国的INTEL给MBA的工资比较出名的低。

因为好像不是全球工资而是本地工资。

基本上除了金融业和咨询业，我还没听说别的哪个行业会给MBA global pay。
