由此我想到了OG 114,以前大家都在争论的 

由此判断GWD21-27 D应该是对的呀

我觉得还是B。D的动词多了。

还有我觉得你对canoe一题的主干找的也不太对。我觉得主干应该是

the Menomini crafted a canoe ，which could ....yet was....

是应该这样:the Menomini crafted a canoe ，which could ....yet was

1. is the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, which is as long as a handheld computer and weighs

就跟这个一样,which修饰camcorder,后面 is //weighs

was是在which从句里面的谓语动词啊。不是很明白楼主的问题

我最大的困惑是GWD21-27这个题,给我点建议    答案给的是B,但我始终觉得是D

我认为D中的it claims相当于插入成分，这样：

The electronics company has unveiled what (it claims) is the world’s smallest network digital camcorder, which is as long as a handheld computer and weighs less than 11 ounces.

B项有明显的修饰歧义，故支持D
