大家都一次申请几所学校以争取最大入取率呀?

谢谢楼上各位的建议.根据大家给指出的一条明路我也就下决心申请5所了.

还有一个想请各位指点的是在申请学校的档次上有何建议.Top级,中间级,有何策略吗?

Well, I guess the point might be whether you are going for a PhD degree or a suitable hD program. In other words, do you want to get into a school no matter what or you only want to get into a school you like.

If you are in the first category, it is better to apply for 10+.

PhD申请和master申请不一样，PhD申请，在你背景一定的前提下，是最能体现有付出才有收获这个道理的。你需要研究你感兴趣的那个prof的研究论文，要求同弱异，这是很耗精力的过程

那么你是提议先选好教授吗？我到觉得在申请阶段很难真正确定具体的研究方向。而且现在就确定教授是不是把条件限定得太死了一些。因为今年可能对这个教授感兴趣的申请者很多，这无疑会增加竞争度。

While, at last , I Choose 5 schools which I like in top level. Ha, the only question for this strategy is the big risk I think. Anyway, I just want to have a try.
