employment history中的内容根据自己的情况作决定，没有明确的要求。adcom肯定会看简历。

奖学金申请部分：我当时就是放了自己的resume上去，没有做什么改动。

suncola，追问一下：请问你当时只写了duties、比较简单的一两句是吗？我在BW的Forum上看见有人号称在这部分写essay，ft。

不过，ED round是不是会特殊一点呢？

对不起，因为当时我是一开始就寄去了gmat成绩，所以没有特别关注提交时间的事情。一切应该以学校网站为准。

从去年录取的情况看，第二轮录取的人背景一般比较传统，咨询/金融的多。

ED里面似乎没有金融背景的。

我觉得任何地方都不应该“长篇罗列”任何东西，呵呵。我当时的做法是以简历为基础填写，适当添加一些简历因空间限制没有包括的东西。但是这种拓展是很有限的，肯定不至于在里面写essay。

至于你自己上传的简历，正如网站上所说，adcom是不会看得。那个纯粹是申请scholarship用的。
