You have a strong working background. As to whether Kellogg will consider you, I think the answer is definately yes. However, whether your GMAT score is good enough, I don't know. You know the political correct answer you will get from adcom: GMAT is only one part of your application, blablabla, which is partially true. GMAT is only a test score, not the key factor. With that said, it is still an important and an easy to compare factor. If you look at application package as a whole, and you get a lower than average GMAT, you need to have something else above average to make it up. FYI, the average GMAT score at Kellogg is 700, and the average for Chinese admits should be slightly higher than that (no official data).

不好意思，再补充问一下，如果是第三方客观地看，是不是这篇里的内容不应该有新的，因为对申请人的判断是基于其它的申请材料，如果其它材料里都没有的内容，当然也不能作为判断的依据了？

In general, I think, yes. The topics you will touch in this essay should show up somewhere in your application form, or transcripts, or resume, or other essays, etc. However, it doesn't mean that you cannot talk about the same thing from a different angle or give a little bit more details. It's definately a waste if you simply repeat something that has been said somewhere else.
