我觉得不行。我认为16题这里的noting that ----是做伴随状语修饰主句谓语provides，并不是做定语。请大家指正！
这题我开始错选c。后来一看c的毛病还真不少，they指代不清；unnecessarily使用错误，应该改为adj.修饰surgery；use用法不符合idiom: use sth. to do。我一看到and notes that就选了这个选项，真是脑袋坏掉了！考试这样就完蛋了！！
