首先，原文不是一定正确的，这是ETS出题的一个思路，从原文也就是美国人的习惯用法中寻找错误的逻辑所在，然后考美国人。

举个中国人的习惯用法

A、几千年来,农民就是这样晒太阳的

B、几千年来,太阳就是这样晒农民的

你觉得哪个对？我相信绝大多数中国人都会选择A，因为我们都是这么说的。但A错了，错在逻辑颠倒，作为晒动作的实施者太阳，应该是主动，而不是被晒。

美国人也不例外，我相信美国人的口语中，应该有 have half or less the chance of dying of a second heart attack as those who are sedentary 这种用法，但从逻辑意思严格来讲，less一定是有比较的动作，应该用than而不是如同的意思如as。

所以原文改正as到than是正确的，此处用than比较两个行为主体即patients ，比较主语，两个who来表示平行对称，用do来替代前面相同的实义动词have，同时do尽量不省略，因为在have的后面还出现了其他的宾语，为了避免those可能被认为指代宾语，补充了动词do。

1.你把E的断句弄清楚，答案就出来了

2. at least 就像前面有位说的，是修饰50%；less 是修饰likely，表示可能的程度，跟50% 的数字没有关系。

do用来指代前面提到的动词have，是很必要的，否则those有指代宾语如chance的嫌疑。

此外，at least我认为应该跟as ... as结构，表示至少和什么相同，如果跟than结构，会给人很大的误会，到底比到了什么程度阿。此外，OG和GWD里的at least都是和as ... as连用，没有修饰过than的。所以我倾向at least 不能修饰than.

at least可以理解为一个修饰语，把修饰语去除，就理解为：比其他人低50%的可能性

加上 at l， 就是 至少 比他们低50的可能性...

主句：several studies have foud that...

that 从句：

the coronary patients are less likely then those to die of a heart attack

who exercise most actively 是修饰the cornonary patients的

at least fifty percent 是修饰less likely的程度地

后面的那段时修饰those的。。
