摘要：在当今的激烈国际竞争中，大学是影响到国家核心竞争力的重要因素。因此，创建世界一流大学应该是国家发展的战略重点之一。一流大学除了必须有世界一流教学科研成果和强大的物质技术基础等硬指标，还必须特别强调宽松活跃的学术环境和探求真理的科学精神。发展中国家的大学必须在教育理念、办学战略、用人制度和管理体制等方面实现跨越　式发展，并要善于借鉴国际高等教育发的展经验，形成广阔的世界眼光，积极参与国际学术竞争，才有可能达到世界一流的水平。

Reflections on the Development of World Class Universities MIN Wei-fang （Peking University，Beijing 100871，China）
Abstract：University is one of the key factors for a country’s competitiveness. Thus to develop world class universities should be one of the strategic priorities for a country. In addition to high quality teaching and research and sufficientfinancial resources, university in developing countries should make more efforts to cultivate spirit to pursue truth and academic freedom, and continue to renew its conception and operation, and borrow international experiences in order to develop more quickly and achieve world class status.

据说他是stanford教育学博士,

四年里拿到2个stanford硕士学位,一个stanford博士学位,

到底是牛人啊,文章也与众不同,

我看了半天也读不懂,

明年去stanfor查查他的底

可以借鉴牛人的成长历程
