about: self assessment

like many others, I'd like to know more about myself. kind of confusing about myself and my futurecareer.

should I take a self-assessment? is it valuable ?

I googled, lots of them there are, I took some free tests online, but they are not very much helpful. if anybody did, pls recommend me one.
