我也选Ｅ不过，虽然Ｅ更工整，但decision to 表目的，speculation that说明思索的内容好象更有说服力，句尾by making似乎更简练一些．

另外，在Ｅ中， possibly another increase ，感觉possibly放这里好象没什麽不妥，和yet another中yet的用法是不是一样的．
