看过了前辈们的讨论,我的问题没有人提到过:

   "Choice A, the best answer, correctly supplies the past tense verbs established and used to describe two actions performed in 1456" 如A这种established and used  难道不可以有动作一前一后发生的可能吗? 为什么这么肯定:"performed in 1456" (at the same time) 大家一定见过AND连接两个动作时是表示动作一前一后发生的情况.

解释只说这两个动作在这一年中发生的，没有说是同时发生的。

当然OG10里没说了,但OG11 里第79 题解释道OG10 的120 就是 OG11的79)

if 动作一前一后发生, better use "and then" and give a time
