从peohibit的用法是可以解释的。

我这里有个问题是。白勇语法 110页的43题

that any chemical banned in the United States on medical grounds is prohibited from being sold  to other countries.

先不说这个选项是不是对，解释里面说 be prohibited from + being done(被动语态），永远错。

可是我觉得这个里面prohibit的用法没错啊，如果是chemical  is prohibited from being sold = prohibit chemical from being sold 禁止药 被卖

如果不是被动，说成 chemical is prohibited from selling = prohibit chemical from selling, 意思好像变成  sell是chemical的动作了

大家帮我看一下，是不是这样呢？
