这题答案给的是E，小妹我选的是B，感觉E中prohibit的用法不太对，prohibit应该和stop,prevent一样都是stop... from doing，而不是to do结构。而且E太罗嗦，不如C简洁。C中的any company的语气比E更强，强调了不能泄露给任何一家的相似的公司。

不知为个哥哥姐姐有什么看法？

A. that ... methods be disclosed句子缺谓语动词，另外，companies与后面未划线部分an ... 不对应。

B. 前面未划线部分是each employee与选项里的them不对应，另外，from the disclosing of 用法不好，prohibit from通常接doing。

C. 无明显语法错误

D. that would ... 没有必要用虚拟语气，另外them与前面each employee不对应...，from disclosure of用法不好。

E. that would ... 没有必要用虚拟语气，a company不定冠词用的不好，不如用any company等表达好，还有to be disclosed被动不好。
