I agree that dissatisfaction leads to progress. There is an old saying: failure is the mother of success; nowhere is this more true than on the question of dissatisfaction and progress. There is no doubt that one dissatisfied because of his not doing well, or in another word, he failed; therefore he can remind his aim and try his best to reach it. First of all, dissatisfaction can be a power for us to get progress. As a coin has two sides, success sometimes can hold our step on, because we satisfied with what we have done; furthermore, we may lose our aim for a long time. But this situation would not happen on the condition we are not satisfying with what we have done. Take teachers for example, there is a common saying, a excellent student is always taught by a strict teacher. That means, the teacher use a high standard to judge what the student has done, and let the student admit the same standard. Therefore the student always dissatisfied with what he had done at the beginning, yet he would make a far progress through his hard working sooner or later. Secondly, a problem can not be solved until it is clearly recognized, and dissatisfaction leads people to change. After someone has dissatisfaction with his work, the next thing for him to do is to calm down and think a new way to solve the existed problem. Therefore there are many innovations come from dissatisfaction. For example, Mao was dissatisfied with the decaying imperial order and so he leaded the revolution. I agree with the above statement because I believe that we mature through dissatisfaction. Without the ability to recognize our discontent, we could collapse into idleness. Suffering sharpens our senses. 2, fiction can teach us more about life than textbooks can? I disagree that fiction can teach us more about life than textbooks can. There are so many reasons, but the key point is that all kinds of the knowledge which we need for certain living in the world is almost taught by textbooks. Though fiction also gives us many kinds of knowledge such as in social activities, technical development and future illusions, it can not do a better job than the textbooks can. First of all, it is normal that people have studied the textbooks since they were born, and the first teacher is their parent; when they were able to read themselves, they learned many subjects at school, and that could help them learn what life was and so on. Through the textbook, people can learn how to read, write, communicate and furthermore, they learn how to learn by themselves. While they learn that, they are able to learn the lives by their eyes. Maybe someone would say that there are some famous men who have not went to school, and they have not learnt the textbooks yet, but they also have a good point of view of life. That is not contradictive, because the ability they have to recognize the life finally comes from the textbooks, no matter how they get it. Secondly, the classification of the textbooks is very comprehensive, it contains all aspects of the knowledge about life; on the contrast, fiction don not have a clear classification, that means according to the comprehensive knowledge textbooks and fiction contains, textbooks can teach us more about life than fiction can. For example, if someone in the library wants to get some information about foreign life, his first choice would be the professional textbook which is directly working on it, and he may not think of taking a fiction which just mentions about it. In a conclusion, textbooks do not only have all aspects of the knowledge about life, but also teach people to learn the life by themselves. In a word, textbooks can teach us more than textbooks about life. 3,when people succeed, it is only because of hard work, luck has nothing to do with success? I disagree that when people succeed, it is only because of hard work, luck has nothing to do with success. Above all, there is no doubt that one man, especially who want to be somebody, without hard work he can not reach any success. However, in my opinion, luck has a certain relationship between people and success, because not everyone who works on his best can reach success. Firstly, success means one get an achievement that can not be reached by anybody else. That also means he has to get it before anyone find it, therefore he needs some luck. Take science research area for example, many physical scientists draw themselves on the research of the physical theories, but generally one theory can only be named by one scientist who firstly discoveries it. Maybe the other physical scientists also work very hard and they are just about to reach the theory, but their luck is a little bad and they become losers. Secondly, sometimes success can come just because of luck in someone's hard work. Many new materials were discovered accidentally by someone who was meant to do the very research on the other field that was already existed. And there are also many examples that the super stars in singing, acting and dancing always contribute their success to their luck, which helps them to be found and liked by the public. Without luck, maybe Mickael Jackson is still playing his music on the street. In conclusion, I believe when people success, it is not only because of hard work, but also because of their luck. That is to say, if we want to reach success, we must try our best to do our job excellently, and meanwhile, we have to hope for our luck..
