"over the last two decades"是指一段長的期間通常用As 比較合適

所以不選while!

不明白.

首先我承认用as比较好,也就是在A和B中选择.

其次我没看出A有什么错:The steel industry has changed radically over the last two decades, as large, integrated companies such as (Bethlehem Steel once conducted operations from mining at one end of the process to shipping at the other)
have greatly downsized, or in some cases shut down altogether.

是否因为"conducted operations",导致此句once前的that不能省略?

also, usually after "as" should have "s + v" (A) and (B) doesn't contain verbs. therefore i choose C

another question is about "," after large. "," used to connect three words, isn't it? now there is only "large" and "integrated" why to use ","??

两个，中的是插入语，不是做为非限制性定语从句的要求。
