As when, as where都是正确的表达，as无实意。

 

如果if A then B，那么它的逆否命题 not B 推 not A是对的，可是否命题 not A 推 not B不一定对。
我不明白的是，为什么我们在理解的时候非要从否命题的角度来判断呢？C也没有要求否命题就必须对呀？

其实这道题不用想得太复杂，这么说吧：不管三家电视公司是不是都同时播出一个政论，其实都不会影响“电视是肤浅的”这一观点的。（用IF A，B表示在A这种情况下必然出现结果B，IF NOT A是不是必然出现结果B呢，我们是不知道的，有可能B，有可能不是B，TIANWAN的解释我想也是这个意思吧：）

C的if条件句不是举例。条件句改变了意思，表明if （not）the three major networks all时，television may （not）be superficial 。
逻辑上这样反推是错的，不过因为不是必然情况，有这个可能。
