以下是引用nautic在2007-5-5 0:50:00的发言:The special price for Alexan Place is true. Two one-bed-room floor plans(one is 832 sq feet, another is 828 sq feet) are priced at $695. They also provide one month free if you sign the 9 months lease. You need to explicitly ask for that. It is really a good deal. The application and adm fee is $100 in total. The one bed-room plan in Pinnacle Ridge is from $675-$755 including washer and drier. The application and adm fee is $195. No one-month-free promotion. FYI Just add some more info here. I visited several apts Saturday, and both Alexan Place and Alexan Farm are super nice. One bedroom (828sf) at Alexan Farm asks $765 (if starts from July 1) / $785 (if starts later than July 1). 1 bedroom&1 bath w/ Den (938sf) $825/$845. 2 bed/2 bath (1145sf) $940/975. I will call them today to see if they also offer similar promotion (1 month free). The leasing manager (Jason Yu) knows very well on how working with internation students, and he said you can just send him an email (alexanfarms@riverstoneres.com) to get started. The floor plan of 2 bed/2bath in both places is well designed for sharing by two roomates (instead of a traditional master bedroom plus a small bedroom layout, which is better for a family w/ a kid): two similar sized rooms far from each other, and two fairly big closets (one is slightly bigger than the other). The amenities are also impressive. Nice pool, clubhouse, excersie room, etc. Well maitained landscapes. The two are very close to each other and minutes from Fuqua (assuming the traffic on 15/501 is not bad during rush hours). In my opinion, it is a little bit harder to get on the freeway (15/501) from Alexan Place, especially if you want to go to Chapel Hill direction. It seems Alexan Place is all apt complex, while Alexan Farm has a mix of cottages/townhomes/apts. For a family (especially w/ a kid), Alexan Farm may be a better choice because of its lower density. |
