是不是因为on condition that/on one condition =only if a particular thing is agreed to

所以就想A那样表达啊

有没有哪位可以帮忙解释一下啊

还是condition有想suggest那样的用法啊

speak on应该是谈及的意思。 speak on condition=提到这样的情况。A 明显要比C 要简洁。lz想过了吧。。呵呵】
