答案就是D呀，A.B.C的used有和前面suspected并列的嫌疑，所以造成混淆。

用used会造成歧义，一种是the lawyer for the defense charged that ....and then used that......，另一种就是我们所理解的，used和taped并列。

我这道题也做错了。根据nn的解释和做题的感觉，归纳答题技巧如下：ets prefer 补充介词的并列结构，如call for... and for....，所以下次做题的时候如果选项里有补充了介词的，应优先考虑

至于后麵的that would support和supporting，我覺得不是該題的攷點，如果D換成evidence supporting應該也對吧？？

then应该包含在怀疑的内容里面，即她怀疑（警方非法录下对话然后用所得信息。。。。），而不是她先怀疑警方（录对话），然后怀疑警方（用所得信息。。。）吧？

我想这里of不能省，主要是因为从动作发出的逻辑主语，从意思上看是the police,所以选D

我想问的是，D里为什么要用过去完成时？既然前一个动作用了现在完成时（of having taped），怎么后面发生的反而又不用了(of using)？然后又用了had obtained？过去的过去吗？但是of using 也不算过去时吧？

答案是D。

我来看看这道题啊。tape conversation这个动作一定先于use information as evidence，所以在of 后面作为分词出现的时候必须用到having来表达这个顺序。再说had obtained，整个句子的事态都是过去时，那么很自然先得到了录音才能后来作为证据，用had obtained很正常阿。

另外再说说为什么不能用supporting要用would，如果用supporting就意味着the information they had obtained to find evidence that supported，清楚了吧？就变成呈堂政供啦，要知道非法录音能不能做证据还不知道呢，所以用一个虚拟语气would咯，明白了吧？
