My opinion:their is right here,c is wrong because it use styles.

the art of Ndebele women indicate that there is only one style but it has different expression and these expression varies form one to another.
BDE is obvious wrong because one cannot compare women with house.

C,  …women, whose (these women’s)  murals are colored, their (these women's) symmetrics are embellished with.., and their (these women’s) are in a style that varies from house to hourse (it’s soooo funny but rediculous !)

C的后麵兩句話是脩飾murals，從意思上說無法和前麵的句子（無論是主句，還是whose從句）並列，地位不平等。用獨立主格結搆錶達這層意思比較好。

我想問一下，三個句子並列，第一句和第二句中間可以省略and嗎？三個動詞並列，第一個和第二個之間可以省略that，可是每個句子都有獨立的主語，這種情況下還可以省嗎？
