I don't recommend. Coming to campus will not enhance your competitiveness or your chance of being admitted. Therefore, asking for an in-person interview in Shanghai is a better choice. I believe that the Admissions Committee will do the hub interviews in Shanghai and Beijing. If you are interviewed on campus, most probably the interviewer is a second-year student. Everyone knows that being interviewed by a Admissions Officer is better. So........

有些美国人会去联合国，WHO，world bank，或者IFC，不过中国学生样本量没有，所以无法知道中国学生去这些地方是否容易。我感觉NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION来招聘的似乎数量还不算太多，可能需要学生自己去联系。YALE有很优厚的贷款豁免，以鼓励学生去NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION工作，因为薪水相对低一点。如果你想做NON PROFIT，我觉得YALE还是不错的选择。

请问，IFC每年到YALE招聘吗？ 据我所知，IFC虽然属于WORLD BANK GROUP，但是他不认为自己是NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION，IFC每年的盈利情况很好（05年利润20多亿美圆），人均利润超过了高盛等投行。就是收入太少了，而且员工人数也不多，全球大概3000以内的。IFC员工认为属于PE，但是收入远远不是，IFC的员工许多都是美国名校毕业的MBA，而且许多都在业内TOP的公司工作过一段时间。

应该不是，我想我可能是最早拿到的一批人，因为上面可以预约campus interview的时间几乎还没有人预约，说明interview 才刚刚开始发

现在正在RELEASE INVITATION，3月初会在北京和上海做HUB INTERVIEW。做完INTERVIEW后随时都可能收到录取通知。
