A basic question... Do I have to mail my transcript record to the school by application deadline? I know a lot of schools accept self-reported score for initial screening. What else do I need to mail if I apply online? Thanks in advance!

Question #2: Some schools also take self-reported TOEFL or GMAT score in reivew process and ask for official scores only after admission offered. Is it the same case with Yale?

Yale never accepts self-reported transcripts or TOEFL/GMAT score reports. Please mail the official ones.

Two questions want to get some help.

1. I noticed Yale SOM has a program for executives in healthcare. Can full-time MBAs benefit from its courses or alumni network?

2. Every year, China send quite a lot of municipal officials to Harvard and CSRC officials to Wharton. Does similar thing happen in Yale? If it is, do you have some chance to communicate with them?

I'm sorrry that I don't know the answer. I have no ideea about the EMBA program. I know Yale has a world fellow program, attracting the most distinguished scholars and government officials to spend one year at Yale, but I never communicate with them. Maybe your career goal is different from mine.

想请问MR YALE，看到yale 网站上说如果有original trancripts 但没有学校的sealed envelope可以到当地使馆公正，我正好不想回老家学校办理sealed，但我有原始成绩单，所以我应该去北京的美国使馆么，他们有公正成绩单的服务么？ 谢谢！

if you cannot obtain a transcript directly from the school and you possess an original transcript, you may submit attested copies from the embassy or consulate. To insure the validity of your transcripts, follow these steps:

1. Submit your original transcript to the embassy or consulate (e.g., the Indian consulate for a school in India).
2. Ask the embassy or consulate to photocopy the transcript and verify its authenticity.
3. Ask the embassy or consulate to provide you with a sealed envelope containing the verified transcript. The embassy or consular officer should sign the back of the envelope.
4. Submit the envelope with your application.
