D is not right b/c the time frames are confusing.

the above two clauses shouldn't be paralleled since one is talking about the past year while another is talking about now.

E is correct b/c it reflects the two different time frames.

我感觉D也没什么太大问题。。。

不过平常做题的时候，如果看到 in the last year时，基本用完成时态。

另外with的表达尽量不要句式太复杂，这ms gmat考试里不好的表达结构。
