楼主这个是从寄托听力笔记的摘录的吧，首先这里问题就错了，听力中的问题是“what does the women mean？”

答案也不难发现应该是B，only大概有点强调的意思。托福听力的答案一般是根据原文直接找，不用进一步推理。新东方的真题教材列出的答案也是B。
