我把此题给理解错了，以为是问推荐人，根据我的工作兴趣，我最可能选择的其它工作是什么？结果让推荐人照这个写了两个工作，一个是法官，一个是慈善家。真是闹了大笑话啊。

题目是Essay 1: Why is an MBA a critical next step toward your short- and long-term career goals? (500 word limit)

题目没有要求，但是有些网站建议写，不知道校友们怎么看，谢谢！

Yes if you can combine the Why MBA and Why Darden together, it would be great. But I think you don't need to spend too much space on "Why school" in this essay.

I have a  different opinion on this issue.

I believe everyone should agree that illustrating why school is necessary for every essay package, Darden's has no difference at all.  However, among those questions of Darden, other three could not be developed to describe why school. therefore, I think here is the only opporturnity for explaining.

Also , i believe everyone should agree that Why school is a critical question, whose answer shows your fitness . Regarding the importance of "why school", writing in a little sapce is not enough to demostrate your seriousness. So in my point of view, its description should take one third of the essay. Perhaps answering why mba could be minimized or integrated into why shcool answer.

well,given the 500-word limit, it may be hard to cover all. Do not worry too much, you will have opportunities to show how you love Darden during interview.
