The construction so X as to Y is not a correct idiom

实在给这个so as to; so...as to弄的模糊了。

看一个印度人的解释是,,要么就是so as to~~~~,要么就是so it is as to ~~~~~.

so that所有情况下都可以用,除非有更简洁的表达;

1)前面只有一个名词可以理解成主语;
2)后面跟的时态是一般现在时;

(C) demonstrably weak, but not sufficiently so to require
(D) demonstrably weak, it was not so weak as to require
(E) demonstrably weak, it was not weak enough that it required
D

4)so as to 不能用被动时态,注意不是so...as to

不理解这里so X as to Y的用法,Y居然是结果而非intention?
