关键的错误不在so as to，而在与so as to后面的动词所表达的意思不同。
该句中so as to只能用于简单的系表结构无法表达出后面从句it has become的意思来！
因为OG的解释只有一句：and C uses an awkward and wordy construction in place of a that... clause.

A和C中has become和become确实由于时态不同会引起语义的差别。我也是这样判断排除的。但是前面说的so as to倒装不好也有道理。至少这道题怎么读怎么不对劲。
