I found there is little information regarding Reapply. Can we create a forum for that? Caz I assume there must be plenty of re-applicants here...

If I missed some link to Reapply information, could anyone pls advise?

RE-APPLY的关键是说明自己在新的一年中间有哪些进步，从而说服ADCOM。其他和APPLY没有本质区别。
