答案是D，我的疑问是 that can be used as fuel 修饰的是amount，而amount 怎么能当成燃料呢。

amount 后面省略了“油”这一点我的看法和楼上一样。此题我的思路是这样的。ACE错的都很明显，IT在GMAT中除了指代通常只作形式主语和宾主，从不放在句首。B中的be able to be done也是GMAT中极典型的错误，从没作为过正确答案，所以用排除法较好
