1. Claim爲聲明的意思
   (1) Claim to
   (2) Claim that
2. 我當初也不知道一定要用不定詞，但是不選A是因為 sample that it can assess
   假設 that指定sample,那it呢?根本無法得知it代表什麼，所以不選A

claim后只加不定式，还有就是ability to do sth. capable of doing sth.

capability to do /of doing.是正确的。

ability of 肯定不对。
