很多朋友在讨论provided and if,而我还没有学到这里。我的疑问是主句中使用了predict that的宾语从句。所以我想问的问题是：

1，像predict，anticipate等对未来预测的词语，后面的从句中使用什么时态？

2，在这个句子中if引导的是一个条件状语从句（因为都是假设，应该是适用虚拟语气的语法）。我查了语法书，书中说条件从句的谓语要使用相当于过去时的形式，而主句谓语要使用would + 动词原形。这不是和正确答案相矛盾吗？

1。预测的词语时态应该都是will，be going to 之类的，本题的时态主要是跟if有关系

2。条件状语从句
   从句一般现在时，主句will，
   从句一般过去时，主句would，
   从句过去完成时，主句would have done 

   这个句子就是一般的预测，当然用will

我也是初来乍到,尝试着回答这个问题

条件状语从句有两种:1.真实条件 不用虚拟.

                                 2.非真实条件.要用虚拟

但是实际上判断真实还是非真实很难.所以我总结的捷径是看从句的时态.因为虚拟语气的从句中谓语动词的时态很有特色：与过去相反用had+过去分词；与现在相反用过去时（be 用were)；与将来相反用过去时，或是were to+do

因此这道题中没有一个选项的从句中的谓语动词是用了以上三种形态，可以判定此题是不真实条件，不用虚拟。
